- Wooden Amsterdam has a complaints procedure and handles any complaints received on info@wooden.amsterdam in accordance with this procedure.
- All complaints about the execution of the Agreement by Wooden Amsterdam shall be submitted in writing to Wooden Amsterdam with a full and clear description, within 14 days after the Consumer has found the defects. After the aforementioned term has expired, the Consumer shall be considered to have accepted the products delivered and/or the invoices received.
- Any complaints submitted to Wooden Amsterdam shall be answered within a term of 14 days after receipt thereof. If a complaint requires an anticipated longer processing time, Wooden Amsterdam shall respond within the 14-day term with a notice of receipt and an indication when the Consumer can expect a fuller answer.
- If the complaint is justified, Wooden Amsterdam reserves the right to choose either to deliver a new product, reimburse the purchase price paid by the Consumer or adjust the purchase price charged.
- If the complaint submitted by the Consumer is found to be unjustified, the related costs, including investigation costs incurred by Wooden Amsterdam, shall be to the account of the Consumer.
- For complaints, a consumer should first turn to the entrepreneur. If the online store is affiliated with ValuedShops and complaints cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer should turn to ValuedShops (www.valuedshops.com), which will mediate free of charge. Check whether this store has a current membership through www.valuedshops.com/members. If there is still no solution, the consumer has the possibility to have his complaint handled by the independent arbitration board appointed by ValuedShops, the decision is binding and both entrepreneur and consumer agree to this binding decision. To submit a dispute to this dispute committee are costs associated that the consumer has to pay to the committee.
